Breakups are one of the biggest reasons for mental health-related issues for teenagers. Teenagers are easily prone to relationship issues because exposure to life is so less. The expectations, the requirements keep on updating at a rapid pace when the couple is young. If they fail to get what they seek. It becomes very challenging for them to keep up. There might be plenty of reasons beyond expectations as well that ruin a relationship.
Dr. Govind Sharma has written an amazing story considering the major problem in society. As an author, he has set up a storyline with a command-able narrative. Not only that it touches problems that most teenagers face these days. Relationship issue and mental health-related to it is not only related to youth but problems are faced by people across ages.
The book “The Break Up Clinic” is definitely meaningful, it is a well-paced book. The establishments of events are seamless. The author’s ability to explain the events in an analytical way is not only interesting but helps build various perspectives about the way we think. The storyline of the book is nice and makes it a page-turner. Overall the book is crisp and very well written. I believe it is a must-read for all, to understand the importance of mental health.
What I liked most about the book is the analytical explanation of the events. Not only that the character build-up is very well done. In a nutshell, it is a recommended read.
